To start off you need to approach a jump that your comfortable with.You  don't need a lot of height for this trick. Approach the jump with a fair amount of speed . Bunny hop at the edge of the jump but when you go to pull up your knees put your weight on your bars and pull your feet strait of the peddles for practice. After you get to were you ready to go a  little farther.Spread your feet a little bit farther apart .As for putting your feet back on the peddles slam them on the crank arms and them down to the peddles.( To practice landing just ride around and jump off the peddles to help to get the feel of bringing your feet back on ).........Flengy
