for an x-up you have you know which foot when you ride is always forward(like me my right foot is always forward)you approach the jump at a smooth steady speed(or whatever is comfortable)then when you reach the lip of the ramp and yo are in the air turn the handle bars the way where you foot is(like mine right).you shold keep on trying this until you have got it down like it is may take a few tries but you will eventually get it.......Dave
